Total time for VAS Desktop app for 22kbps

  • Data receiving and processing time is 2 sec
  • FFt computation time is 20ms in FFTSharp
  • Graph rendering for all avg time is 500ms

first Packet receive time = 30_03_2026 16:52:12.407
All data receive and process complete = 30_03_2026 16:52:14.427

Total = 00:00:02.019

Ftt computation started = 30_03_2026 16:52:14.459
Ftt computation started ended = 30_03_2026 16:52:14.479

Total = 00:00:00.020

Graph Rendering time
Average water fall graph + graph view = 300ms

  1. what is the reason for 2sec ?
  2. what duration ? no. of samples/bytes in the test ?

Updated by Jiban Munda 18 days ago ยท Edited Actions #8

  1. what is the reason for 2sec?
  • One acquisition requires 27 packets (each 960 bytes).
  • Due to device transmission rate, collecting all packets takes ~2 seconds.
  1. what duration? no. of samples/bytes in the test?
    • Sample_Frequecny = 22000
    • Acquisition_Interval = 10 sec
    • Acquisition_Duration = 0.1 sec
    • no. of samples: 2160
