SAMA5D4_XPLD interfaces to bring into SAMA5D2SOM_XPLD

-USB, ETH, LCD
-Stacking connector

This design is for use with existing mDAQ3, IOController for E-IDOS

Prepare following doc
-Requirement excel sheet with all peripheral interfaces and GPIOs
-Product Specification
-Prelim design - block diagram
