Interface GW2.0 with PLCIO.
assemble the setup(GW2.0 and PLCIO) in a Hylam sheet, fix debugger also so that S/W team need not access the hardware physically. Arrange test setup also beside this.

All in a single Hylam sheet,compact, convenient for SW development
