This is the Master Task for all VAS Desktop Application Enhancements and Issues.

1. After running the application for some time, below are observations
   a. The connection status radio button shows RED even though acquisition is ongoing and the graphs are plotted
   b. The configure and stop buttons are not visible even though we are connected
2. The acquisition parametrs needs to be configurable
   a. The number of samples should be picked up from the configuration packets
   b. When a configuration packet is received, the previous incomplete packets if any should be discarded
3. The tooltip text was not visible when the graph was plotted using load parameters
4. We need a trial code for UDP Server as well with all functionalities of Graph Plotting and Data manipulation
