I have tested USB tool and observed the issue.
when the protocol is changed from RTU to TCP in the Modbus Config section and the Update button is clicked, the system displays a "No response received from the device" error message, and the configuration change is not applied.
The issue not yet fixed. Still in progress.

  1. Error message is due to latency after the ack sent from the device and application tool.
  2. with few changes in the tool new usb tool application is released passed the tool for teting.
