Description

GUI provision for programmable sampling
Send configuration packet to device when configure button press

Update the GUI and Reconfigure the processing based on incoming sampling freq. (in first packet)
Do the FFT processing with new sampling freq.(sampling. freq, is a global parameter)
Adjust the graph x-axis for the f = fs/2

Test using signal gen input
