Retest conducted for heating issue. Identified Display BL LDO 1117(SOT223).

Checked USB voltage found 5.0V

issue related to Touch hanging

Display LM1117 (U3 ) is heating. This is a linear regulator with min 1.2V dropout

measure input current.
plan for distribute power dissipation using two regulator or diode regulator
