Updated the 4W design .

1. All DRC cleared
2. Pogo pins placement arranged with 2.54mm pitch
3. 4W DXF created and shared to Thomas sir to get reviewed from the RF consultant.

1. This design ( http://5.161.106.25:3000/issues/2893#note-5 ) to be kept in project folder for later reference as it was sent for review. Hence moved from BIN folder

updated the last uploaded design(mentioned in #2893 note5) and uploaded in onedrive. DXF files created and kept in the same folder.

Updated SSB,SST and created the panel for 4W. need to review by Sumanth and Thomas sir.

1. keep only one dsn file in the design folder
2. schematic revision history not updated in .dsn(many times reviewed by consultant)
3. .brd => create views ( like V_Top: sst, pad, via) and analyse
4. SS at pcb edge, pad, via to be avoided, SS under small smd components to be avoided
5. create ASB, AST also
6. PCB Name, version , company logo need on SST / SSB.
7. panel => make break-off tab holes symmetric and close to board , otherwise some protrusion will happen after breaking, require filing to fit inside enclosure

Update these, create panel and send Gerber for fab

As per the given suggestions from Thomas sir, updated the board file and uploaded in onedrive.
Logo need to be added. The size of the logo is difficult to accommodate in 4Wheeler PCB so the size to be reduced. all the views has been created. AST and ASB also created for the board and panel.
