What ever the RTC updating through USB.
The same time stamp has to update it in Device RTC time and RUN

1. Enable RTC and Test RTC retention and backup time.
2. Integrate with USB config tool to update the RTC time.
3. Review and Bug fixes.
4. Documentation.
