1. No response popup in the USB tool occurs when the ack is not sent or even if ack didn't reach to the tool as per the time intervals maintained in the tool so some time time period has been increased in the USB tool application. Even if that message is popping up the packet will be updated.

2. I'm handing over this for testing to chetan.

After few changes in the usb tool a new version is relesed and given for testing,below is the onedrive link of new tool

Tested and verified it is working as expected.

Note:Tested multiple times; an error was observed once out of 10 attempts.
