Updated Schematic, Esd diode was added for SD card.
Review comments
- Add note for FGND-Recomendded from datasheet.
- Check MIC23451 datasheet - to disable the output pull down is required or not.
- back up time for super capacitor.
- Reason for VDDBU jumper.
- JP3-Add note as "Open by default."
- xplanation for floating pins PB5 to PB10.
- LEDS- Add Resistor 1Mohm across Gate to GND.
- Update BSS138 Vgs value in design document.
- Add Tvs diode for sd card with reference of ECIL,D3,D4.
- Update connector reference in schematic as reference D4. All Connectors numbers should be same in D4,D3,ATSAMA5D2.
