Core4 Assumptions/Clarifications
1. Power supply is 24VDC and is available from panel. Device power consumption is max 10W
2. Sensors/controls are powered from panel power supply
3. Device is flange mounted
4. RS232 serial interface is considered as a connectivity to 4G modem.
As the 4G modem is integrated within the device, RS232 signals will not be available externally.
if needed, pls clarify with application details
5. 4G modems will have external antennas.
6. Two serial interfaces are available externally - RS-485 in Half Duplex mode
This interface supports modbus RTU. will both the interfaces run parallely, what will be the application.
7. Digital Input(DI) will be 24vDC.
8. Analog input (A1) will support 4-20ma interface. sensor power should be part of the panel.
9. Device will acquire data every 1minute and send the same to Cloud (E-Remos)
9. Cloud Application, E-Remos needs to be configured per site the Analog input (sensor range)
10. E-Remos will allow modbus registers to be configured, is there more than 1 modbus device

Additional queries
1. What is the electrical layout of sensors(Analog input and Digital Input) and actuators (Digital Output) at each installation site ? This is to understand the distribution of mTracker and RTU at each site.
2. Provide the Sensor/actuator part no. and datasheet to understand the range and mapping requirements
3. What is the electrical layout of the panel in which mTracker and/or RTU units are installed. This is to understand the cable length required for the D-Sub25 Connector for RTU
4. It is recommended to use 0/4-20mA based sensors (instead of 0-10V) in the case of long cable run
5. The RTU is provided with 6 Digital outputs. What is the condition at which these are activated through the web based GUI application (E-REMOS) ?

Meeting w/ customer on 10/02/2026
The device will be fitted at Water Treatment Plant and used to communicate with all sensors through RS485 (Modbus RTU) in daisy chain and and HMI will be used with LAN
AI DI DO RS232 requirement as per Tender spec. and is not interfacing with any sensors
Customer will provide datasheets of all sensors for us to understand the register set, RS485 configuration like responsive time, baud rate, data type .....
Also the make/model of HMI will be provided (Delta make ?)
The device is required to be Din-Rail
Required 5-seconds interval to update cloud. We suggested 30 seconds
