After this we will test the panel and sensors at the server room.
Tuesday, @Mohan Kashyap also will join with them , update the firmware and software (will get laptop permission for Tuesday to Thursday).
@VenuMadhav S : Please do the temperature calibration also.
After this , panel and sensor will be installed at the antenna tower and continue testing.
@Jiban Munda: Please release the application with sensor conversion ,by tomorrow.
@Jagatheswaran J :Please complete software testing tomorrow morning for Jiban Kumar Munda, Mohan Kashyap to fix any issues if observed.

9/6/2026
- LAN Cable routing completed
- Sensor mounting bracket drilling and installation (Istrac people doing) – observed offset due to drill bit slipping. correcting by oversized hole
- Panel mounting clamp(Istrac people started) drilling – one panel mounting drilled
- PC arranged at server room
- laptop permission denied as serial number was not seen on laptop
Tomorrow plan:
- Test earthing/leakage at antenna tower
- Temp sensor drilling. If M4 drill is a problem, use M6 and put adaptor
- Power cable should reach upto server PC, power from UPS, use separate conduit, 20mtr 3-core cable is required
- Temperature calibration
- Checking system operation at server room
- testing temp reading
- Sensor mounting.
- Panel mounting
- checking the reading

Activities done
- Temperature calibration in the device done with standard resistors and config file generated => https://elpisit.sharepoint.com/:f:/s/EmbeddedFiles/IgC4g3wYu8VbRITv-nd9ZH8DAff_B-NmJniFNkoEI3FhhlA?e=2MZNNU
- PC setup in server room . (Driver was not installed, HDMI cable was needed)
- Panel installed at Antenna tower, power supply panel in bottom room and device panel in Gearbox room
- Tri-axial sensors installed with correct alignment
- Due to constraints like space, round surface, it was very tedious to drill thread hole on gear box, but the ISTRAC experts managed
- Power cable and LAN cable routed to the server
ToDo 11/06/2026
- Drilling of temperature sensor thread-hole
- Fixing temperature sensor
- System power on and testing
- Demonstration and Training
- Collect data for analysis

On 22/06/2026 @VenuMadhav S and @Surendra Naik Visit:
- I have given training about previous data loading and analyse.
- Temperature transmitter's calibrated(Now it is showing correct value 31 degree and 34 degree).
- Taken the log files for our analysis purpose.
Additional requirements:
- ISTRAC wants visual alarm along with the beep alarm.
- MS office licensed version.
Issues observed:
- Only one device(91-Device1) data rendering in the application, another device data was not rendering in application even though device was ON condition and LAN connected(After that performed the Power reset and application restarted).
- Application data is not logging properly.
- Log files not created for each day.
- Communication b/w device and application
- 5008 error
